1.    How long have you lived in Tallahassee? How long have you been attending City Church?

We have lived in Tallahassee for just about one year!  We have been attending City Church since October 2021.

2. Tell us a little bit about your family.

We have been married 12 years and have four children. Winslow (9), Hogan (6), Silas (4), and Monroe (2). We love being outside together, traveling, and all things sports! We believe that God has grown in us a passion for adoption and foster care. We love getting involved at City Church and in Tallahassee!

3. How have you seen your kids' faith grow in City Church KiDS?

We have loved seeing our kids be truly excited to go to church.  Our oldest son (9) was baptized earlier this year, and to see his faith grow so much since then is every parent's prayer.  Our kids share with their neighborhood friends what they learned and it's inspiring us to do the same!

4. It what ways has City Church KiDS equipped you to be the primary disciple makers in your home?

City Church KiDS equips parents so well with practical and fun ways to fill everyday life with the truth of the Gospel.  It doesn't always have to be a "sit-down discussion" about what God is teaching you - we can add little snippets of His Word all the time into our kids' lives.  City Church has given us boldness and confidence to realize the biggest privilege of being a parent is walking in the faith with your kids.

5. Is there a significant faith moment that’s come from your family being a part of City Church?

So far, our oldest son's baptism was an unforgettable moment. We have prayed for his salvation since before he was born, and to see him so excited for Jesus still makes my eyes water!  We hope to have many more significant moments in our faith like that!  City Church has blessed us immensely and we tell each other all the time how fortunate we are to be a part of this church family.
